Ayer tuvo lugar el Summer Game Fest, el evento que da el pistoletazo de salida a este particular No-E3 en el que no tenemos la feria angelina como tal pero en el que se van a celebrar todo tipo de grandes eventos como el Xbox Games Showcase o el ubisoft Connect.
Como era de esperar, en el Summer Game Fest de la pasada noche vimos un montón de anuncios y nuevos tráileres de videojuegos entre los que estaba un nuevo vídeo de The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria, un nuevo videojuego basado en el universo de la Tierra Media creado por J.R.R. Tolkien que con El Hobbit y El Señor de los Anillos se convirtió en uno de los referentes de la fantasía épica.
Además del nuevo vídeo del juego que podéis encontrar en esta misma noticia los creadores del título, Free Range Games, también han aprovechado para anunciar que The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria también llegará a consolas, lanzándose de forma simultánea tanto en PC (a través de la Epic Games Store) como en PlayStation 5 y Xbox Series X/" a finales de este mismo 2023.
Un juego de aventuras, construcción y supervivencia
En The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria deberemos de responder al llamamiento del señor de las Montañas Nubladas, Lord Gimli (sí, ESE Gimli), que nos dará la tarea de encontrar un tesoro perdido en las profundidades de Moria.
Como jugadores deberemos de controlar a una compañía de enanos que deberán de enfrentarse a todo tipo de peligros en niveles creados de manera procedural, teniendo que sobrevivir a las Minas construyendo nuestra propia base, cazando, creando nuevas herramientas o artefactos, explorando y, por supuesto, explotando los depósitos de recursos de Moria para avanzar en la aventura y cumplir nuestro objetivo, algo que podremos hacer tanto en solitario como en un modo cooperativo en línea para hasta 8 jugadores.
